Johnson Heidepriem & Abdallah LLP is pleased to announce that a Lincoln County jury has awarded $125,000 to one of the firm's clients who was injured in a car accident.
The jury was charged with considering the permanent nature of our client's disability, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life, past pain and suffering, and future pain and suffering. After deliberating for several hours, the jury rendered a verdict in our client's favor, finding that the defendant's negligence was the legal cause of our client's injuries and awarding compensatory damages in the amount of $125,000.
