Johnson Heidepriem & Abdallah LLP is pleased to announce that a federal jury in Sioux Falls returned a verdict in the amount of $250,000 in favor of one of the firm's clients. The case was a direct action for breach of contract against an insurance company brought by the plaintiff to recover underinsured motorist benefits under their automobile insurance policy. Prior to trial, the insurance company had offered to pay only $10,000 to their own insured.
